Kayla Ione Design LLC. and team provides apparel and services within the terms and conditions explained below. By accessing, browsing or purchasing on this site, you agree to the terms and conditions. 

Shipping + HANDLING

Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. If your order includes a pre-order item and a regular item, your package will ship once the pre-order item is available. If you would like your package sooner, please place two separate orders.

 

Once your order is placed, we are not responsible for your parcel going to an incorrect address. If you need to make changes to the address information, please contact us as soon as possible.

We do ship to Canada. Contact us directly for accurate shipping costs and fees.

Returns + Exchanges

All sales are final unless noted otherwise. Since we are a small boutique apparel brand, we do not offer exchanges at this time, so please review product sizing. If you have still questions, send us an email and we are happy to help.

ORDER CHANGES

No change orders unless previously discussed. Once your order ships, no changes can be made. Please be sure to review your order information carefully. 

lost or stolen packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says your package has been delivered but has not been received, please contact the package carrier for more information.

damaged items

We aren't perfect. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of what the defect is, and photos documenting the damage.
