
Shipping + HANDLING
Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. If your order includes a pre-order item and a regular item, your package will ship once the pre-order item is available. If you would like your package sooner, please place two separate orders.
Once your order is placed, we are not responsible for your parcel going to an incorrect address. If you need to make changes to the address information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do ship to Canada. Contact us directly for accurate shipping costs and fees.
Returns + Exchanges
Since we are a small boutique apparel brand, we do not offer exchanges at this. If something doesn't fit, we want to make sure you love your purchase, so we do offer returns for store credit. To be eligible, items need to be in original condition and you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery. All return shipping fees with be deducted from final store credit amount.
ORDER CHANGES
No change orders unless previously discussed. Once your order ships, no changes can be made. Please be sure to review your order information carefully.
lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number says your package has been delivered but has not been received, please contact the package carrier for more information.
damaged items
We aren't perfect. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of what the defect is, and photos documenting the damage.
